A perfect opportunity to cement his play in the T20 side and establish an ODI opening spot.
I really hope this young man grabs this opportunity.

Walton is 32 years old this year and hardly young nor consistent (as a sportsman you are on a limited shelf life and he's had years to prove himself)...you seriously think he will be the Board's first priority to cement a place at his age? That's as funny as expecting Devon Smith to return to international cricket lolol.

In reply to Judgement... at least he in ... so yes he could be around for another 2 to 3 years. And If you know his history you would speak/type differently. Man done with school now, strictly cricket and that is showing already.

Our cricketers are notoriously late developers. In Pak years he is about 24.

Regardless of his 32 years he has another opportunity to go for it.....hold his T20 play and press for the vacant ODI play.
