Does the communication officer have a voice impediment? If so I withdraw my comment but assert he is the wrong choice in front of a microphone..

The communications officer should speak with a commanding, authoritative voice but Sponner whispers, and makes me want to push the delete button..

Spooner has been with the West Indies team a very long time but is far better known for taking pictures of the many pretty ladies he meets on tour, than doing his job properly. When Spooner DOES feature any players on the West Indies social media sites, him and Carole whats-her-name tend to feature Bajans, Bajans and more Bajans (except for a particularly soft spot for Jimbo Cornwall). Good thing Spooner aint on the selection panel and good thing no one takes him seriously!

Spooner should study the presentations of Shawn Spicer, a man who speaks his lies with loud and confident authority.

I can only watch two minutes of Spicer because his defense of the system of lies makes me want to throw up.

However, If you're in communications you need to speak loudly and with conviction, even if your content is questionable. And Spicer does that very well..
