Can the friggin Jamaican Anti-doping Commission get anything forkane right? How can they accuse Kaliese of dodging drug testing when she has always made herself available? This is pure fukkries...
twisted

KINGSTON (Reuters) - Reigning Commonwealth Games 400 meters hurdles champion Kaliese Spencer denied on Wednesday that she "refused or evaded a drug test" and plans to legally challenge the assertion by the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission.

I understand they are trying to clean up the sport but come on, man..get your facts straight before making sweeping accusations. Kaliese plans to fight them tooth and nail.

Headley, RoyalDad, mikesiva and JB...where is the outrage from our regional T&F fans??? Kaliese has been a shining star in track and there should be no room nor any tolerance on the Commission with this issue.

Kaliese to fight JADC evil

JADCO says...Kaliese says.. Who is wrong??? Who is right??? Why can't you just wait for the hearing to bring out the facts before you jump to a dumb ass conclusion. Sure you can give your opinion but let it be based on something more solid than just the response of the accused before concluding that the other side is wrong, even though there is no evidence to support same. sad sad

Well we will see who the dumb ass is after the hearing. If you had been following these clowns for a while you will know what I am talking about. Wait, you must be from the Commission, right?

JADCO fcuked up here, the coach told the athletes to hang around after the training, without giving a reason and the lady leave! They already had a hearing a few weeks back how that went?

It seems to me BASIC INCOMPETENCE.
The athlete needs to be directly informed that they are needed for testing by an official from JADCO with at least 2 witnesses present.
an official can not telephone a coach because that allows for the coach and the athlete to concoct all kinds of Bullcrap stories.
JADCO lack basic common sense.

No, I'm not from the Commission. I have been following the case(s) from the media as many of us do. Let us wait for the hearing and see what happening. Like most of us, I am hoping that Spencer will be in no trouble.

Well you seem to have been at the hearing, hence you can state that "JADCO fcuked up here, the coach told the athletes to hang around after the training, without giving a reason and the lady left." So, how did the hearing go?

This seems like a good answer from Jelfew.

It seems both Spencer and Hylton are saying the same thing. If they are truthful then JADCO's approach is very strange. I have not commented because I believe JADCO actually has procedures and protocols which they are required to follow. It's not a case of making it up as yuh go. We shall see and hear.

There is actually a better case which a track and field fan could make. It goes like this:

In 2015 both Hylton and Spencer had possibly their worse years. If they were taking drugs and experiencing their worse years then the drugs were either not effective or they were actually taking a placebo. So (worse case)their intention may have been bad but the infraction for which they have been charged (actus reus according to the lawyers) was not present. big grin

Let's wait to see what happened. I agree Kaliese has been an outstanding representative for Ja,but we don't know the facts. I will give her the benefit of the doubt anyway.
