As eloquent and sound as the arguments are, it's sad to see these being reduced to academic debates and nothing else..

I think most Afro and Asian people have a good idea about the Brits and what they got out of colonization,but those figures makes it even more clear,their greed was breathtaking.

Shashi is not the right messenger though the message is solid,, but not new or ground breaking.

His ancestors and his ilk were not victims of British slavery or colonialism. In fact, his ancestors were colonialist that ruled India and changed Hinduism to Brahminism and then enslaved hundreds of millions of Hindus into the terrorist caste system.

Why don't he advocate outlawing the caste system in India, after all, it is this system along that is still enslaving tens of millions of Hindus in India.
