Trump don't have sympathy for Syrian children, narcissists only care about themselves.
Trump is very calculating, he saw this as an opportunity to boost his popularity.

It will be interesting to see how committed he is to this action.
I am not a Trump supporter but I support the 59 tomahawk missiles on the Syrian air base -
Russia has suspended the Syrian air space agreement.

All part of his calculation, he knew it would be a popular move
He cares so much about those people but he does not want them here!

Exactly.

That speaks volumes! Say it again loud and clear!
The "job creator in chief" struck just in time to stifle news on his dismal job numbers.
I wonder if he knew about the job numbers before striking?

You and Lockheed Martin! $94 million dollars worth!

Russians are sending Frigates into the area.

So Murica has enough money to send 59 tomahawk missiles to an empty airstrip but doesn't have enough money for healthcare, education, or meals on wheels?

I think that everyone had their hearts torn wide open after seeing those suffering little kids in Syria and feels the same as you. But the president of America is not supposed to order bombings of a foreign country based on sympathy or emotion. It needs to be a coldly calculated and rational action, with careful thought given to consequences and contingencies. This is not some random action that just breaks off and lives by itself in a vacuum.
My problem is that Trump is yet to demonstrate that he possess either the clarity or depth of thought required for geopolitical war games and his Sec of State, Tillerson, is not ready for prime time either. So who is going to advise this buffon when Russia or the Syrians retaliate .... Bannon, Jared, Ivanka ....who?
This is the question peeps need to be asking.

Well said, but I don't think too many people are going to fault him for this.

Which ever voice he hears in his cotton head.
Most of Trump's opposition on the Syrian strike are coming from Nationalist Republicans.
