Best bowling option to prevent WI from suffering the embarrassment of waiting for opponents to declare in order to bat, assuming Narine, Badree and Samuels are unavailable.

WI Test: Taylor, Gabriel, AlJo, Nurse, JoMo
In reply to Slipfeeler U mentioned AlJo, JMo!!! Of course captain, JHO is included, right?!
The bowler with the best test avg against Pak currently playing is Devendra Bishoo: 31.07
In reply to BeatDball
Joseph and Mohammed of course we are pulling straws for there are no guarantees that any bowler in the region will perform at any given time. We might soon need a camp for that 13 year old J'can spinner.

I see everybody picking Ashley Nurse for the Test team.
Why u picking him bruh?
Gabriel, A. Joseph, Roach, Taylor, Cummins, K. Joseph.
Maybe the pace cupboard isn't so bare, at the same time improvements can be made & the if the likes of Cottrell, Johnson etc. get into form they should be considered.

Honestly, Nurse has been working on his cricket skills and has shown improvement with both bat and ball, at a time we are having difficulties with player consistency. I liked his approach in the recently concluded ODI series.

Is there no leverage with leveridge? Open the cupboard!
In reply to Slipfeeler
Have u not seen the difference between tests and ODIs for spinners?
Do u know what Narine's record is for example in both formats?
Will Nurse take wickets when batsmen aren't trying to score quickly?
In reply to DIEHARD
I was not a fan of Nurse....but the man has done it in all the formats introduced to him...he avg mid 20s in ODIs and T20s...when you look at his four day avg regionally 22.22 with 127 wkts
ODI 10 MATCHES 20 wkts avg 24.35
T20 63 MATCHES 55 wkts avg 20.07
FC 36 MATCHES 127wkts avg 22.22
No bowler in the WI except Narine can match these stats and it shows consistency!
In reply to DIEHARD
His stats and performances like Narine's demands he gets a try in Tests.
