Jeffrey Dujon is very astute in detecting a player's flaw and how to correct it. Dujon is usually concise and makes an analysis in one or two sentences. There is no long drawn out mumbo jumbo.
In a CPL game, Ronsford Beaton, kept bowling wides down the leg side. Dujon pointed out Beaton was falling over to his left at the point of delivery. He suggested Beaton should try to keep his body upright instead and that would solve the problem.
During the Second ODI against England Kraigg Brathwaite and Kieran Powell both were out caught on a pitch where the ball was stopping and not coming through. Dujon observed both batsmen perished while playing strokes with their hands out in front of their body. He suggested on such a wicket it was important to play the ball with the hands under the eyes as it gave the batsman more control.
In the Second ODI against Pakistan, Jason Mohammed, survived two consecutive confident appeals for LBW. Dujon noticed Mohammed played forward defensively but both feet were on the crease. He suggested Mohammed should push his front leg out some more. Fazeer Mohammed asked Dujon to have a word with Jason Hohammed after the game.
On one hand, you have Jeffrey Dujon who is an expert at pinpointing technical problems and offering solutions. On the other hand, you have a young, inexperienced West Indies team. Seems like a marriage made in heaven.
So here comes the million dollar question. Has anyone from the WICB approached Jeffrey Dujon to work with the West Indies players?

Great observation--Dujon calls it correct almost 100% of the time ..and he offers solutions..

Dujon and Bishop seem to have great knowledge of the game and their communication skill are excellent, I think both of them may be offering offer advice to the young cricketers, it's might not be direct thru the WI cricket.

Duje was a WI youth players coach for years...before he took up commentary
The question is....why did he leave?
In reply to Narper
Monetary rewards?

Was there already done that ... changed nothing.
He was assistant coach to Roger Harper somewhere around 2000....

Agreed, he does call it right and I have seen 9from sitting on the sidelines) these guys talking to the cricketers during warm ups etc etc.
I think though it will take some time for these guys to realise how important the advice is and that it is actually correct in helping them.
Both Bish and Duj speak to the players in an informal capacity all the time. They love West Indies cricket too much to stay silent on the sidelines.
