Guyana squad for match against Windwards

The squad reads:
Assad Fudadin, Rajendra Chandrika, Chanderpaul Hemraj, Leon Johnson (captain), Bhaskar Yadram, Keemo Paul, Anthony Bramble, Romario Shepherd, Veerasammy Permaul (vice-captain), Gudakesh Motie, Clinton Pestano, Steven Jacobs and Sherfane Rutherford.

THE selection panel of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) has handed West Indies Under-19 player Bhaskar Yadram and all-rounder Sherfane Rutherford their maiden senior call-up to the national lineup, for this weekend’s clash against Windward Islands Volcanoes in the West Indies Cricket Board’s Professional Cricket League Four-day, starting tomorrow at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence.

Also making a return to the squad are middle-order batsman Chandrapaul Hemraj and all-rounder Steven Jacobs.

Left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul, who was in the West Indies T20 training squad when the last round was played, also returns to the squad.

Windwards and Leewards admin are very notorious for heir poor media communications and this is no different. A simple press release of the team they are incapable of.

WWI and LI are probably currently scratching their heads about the make-up of their teams. Like duh duh.. We have to give the captaincy to Sebo because it is written and there is no one else, and we'll always be last to announce, whats there big deal?

And duh duh, you mean we have to announce a team by a certain date? How is that done again? Do we need to Google this??

West Indian Management and workers are 4th world efficient and never improving.

I know a company where one worker routinely walks off the job for about 3 hours weekly and expects to be paid in full. Hey, what's the fuss all about? I had something personal things to do! And stop harassing me about my absence!
