Manjrekar responds....
dats the easy way out isnt it .
"Does he have the range? vs "Does he have the brains?"
Could be confused
Someone post the audio...could be a big misunderstanding.
But why did Manjrekar wait so many days to respond?
In reply to Narper
Narps
Notice what Narine captain said "Narine was given instructions
to hit for the boundary in the fist 5 overs", he is a clean hitter .
If he was out in the first over, one can imagine what fellow posters would have replied with.
WE don't know what is said to Polly and other players before they get to that wicket.
It's difficult to criticize if one is clueless of the coach instructions.
Some days it works on another day it can fail.
Manjrekar is looking for a way out thus the late response. If Polly had failed in the last game
it would have been interesting to hear his comments.
Nothing wrong with calling West Indian cricketers "brainless", "headless" or "we suck". Our cricketers have proven this time and time again.
Eg. We lost to South Africa in Barbados when three wickets fell for no runs (hattrick mind you) when all that were needed was "a head and two balls" to score from.

We can call the CEO Hilaire brainless also remember
How did he get this job again? With no knowledge of cricket as he noted?
Ah is the president friend and we belong to the same political party.
the brainless doorknob.

No industrial action during his tenure though. Does that count for something?
In reply to Priapus
Man adding one more to the "brainless" and "headless"; and laughing. Doesn't that seem to you "clueless"?...........shiote! ah just added another.

No desire to get mixed up in this fracas, but...
Wasn't Don Hilaire CEO during the strike (industrial action ??) when Balgladesh recorded their first series win, and arguably the start of West Indies demise?

Not unless that series was held in September 2009.
Donald Peters was the CEO at the time of the series vs Bangladesh.
And if you think the demise of WI cricket started in 2009, well..........
