Good for you bro. Keep us posted with results.
I am in the Caribbean and it seems that to watch the Games you need to be left handed, your surname needs begin with F and your grandfather must be one-legged.
Even then you can only watch starting from 2pm if you have pre-paid and you download the Flow app. So typical of anything Flow does.
I won't bother. Tomorrow I will read the results and go to YouTube to watch the events.

Guess I'll do the same. Unfortunate.

It really is a bad joke this Flow thing.
Anyway, trying a link but not sure if it will work when the times comes. They seem to be on a break.
In reply to archangelA good web site to start is watchathletics.com for most of your track & field events. If you have Verizon try Channel # 597 - One World Sports. Starts at 3:30 there.

Up to press time yesterday Jamaica raced to 50 medals at the 46th staging of FLOW Carifta Games in Curacao following another dominant display at the Ergilio Hato Stadium.
Jamaica predictably head into todays third and final day well out front with 50 medals, inclusive of 23 gold, 18 silver and nine bronze.
The Jamaicans are on course to top the medal table for the 33rd consecutive year following some outstanding displays, highlighted by the boys Under-18 4x100m team that dipped below the 40-second barrier, establishing a blistering new record of 39.97 seconds.
The quartet of Michali Everett, Tyreke Wilson, Xavier Nairne and Michael Stephens lowered the record of 40.40, set in 2016 by Jhevaughn Matherson, Christopher Taylor, Dejour Russell and Michael Stephens.
