I heard once pass 100, he stopped the match and pulled out a note from his pocket. It said 'Big Pussy & Big Phil - Talk Nah!' lol

Curtis 2017-04-15 15:36:20

how was his eyesight? did he get hit with faster balls?

he did hit 21 fours and 2 sixes, so breadfruit was on the menu at some point

Having already posted the 74th century of his first-class career from 213 balls, the 42-year-old Guyanan needed five minutes’ treatment to his right thigh during the mid-session before being helped gingerly to his feet. After considering his options, Chanderpaul called on Luke Procter to act as runner and re-took his guard – hammering a bail into the crease – to resume his stint in the art of ‘though shalt not pass’ batsmanship.

Cut short a needed WI player's test career way too early. Badmindedness, a lot of so called supporters of WI cricket applauded the move. cool
The rumors being circulated when he encountered a bad patch of form were he is old, his reflexes are gone, international quality pace bowling will injure him due to failing eyesight. Earlier his one day career was also abruptly ended.
