Couldn't give up the thug/gangster life even after signing a $40 million contract.

Sad indeed. They say a man is a product of his environment and his upbringing. While true, he is also responsible for what he becomes.

So sad.

Had it all and lost it all.

This is what can happen when you get caught up in drug and thug culture.

RIP

Lots of folks believe it was an inside job...not that it matters anyway

The question is, why now? After all this time?

After being acquitted of the double murder, his lawyer felt there was a good chance he could also beat the separate 2013 murder rap. According to sources, Hernandez was elated at the recent turn of events. His lawyer and others close to the current situation strongly feel it was an inside job by others who were hell bent on making sure Hernandez didn't walk free under any circumstances.

how was his cell barricaded from the inside?

I see. There are many who feel the same, with less inside information of course. On the face of it, it doesn't make sense but as you said, it really doesn't matter.

The feeling is that the authorities may be involved so that bit of details may be false.

Not a lot of people liked this fella. How do we know the guards are telling the real story? Like I said, his lawyers and some of his former teammates are not buying this force fed story. It really doesn't matter anyway.

cool

Condolences to his daughter, and to the Lloyd family.
And yes, to Aaron's family, for all the terrible things he did, he's still a son and brother and they'll be grieving as well.

What a crazy turn of events in this saga.

And yes, somebody will be making a TV miniseries about this soon enough, because after all, $$$.
