I have a brother who used to call it "gullible warming". Now that some have realized global warming is real, the next excuse is that man has nothing to do with it. In short, science is not real.

Don't you live in Miami?? There was another report on MSN yesterday about rising sea level that would affect Miami! Time to get out if you have property!

Exhibit A: Some SCIENTIST don't object that the climate is changing, but they deny that MAN is the main cause. They claim it is cyclic.

Exhibit B: Some SCIENTIST object to the notion that this is not the natural path of climate. Again, no role by man.

Exhibit C: Some SCIENTIST deny that pollutants (fossil fuels, carbons etc) could be the PRIMARY reason for climate change. [Thus Trump admin reversals] Once again, no role by man.

WORST: Long before it gets to the layman, they are enough highly qualified scientist that ignore data and express opinion based on economic and special interest groups needs.

So by time the layman combines: "God's plan controls earth" + "unclear data" you get millions of people that have no hope in forming a conclusion.

FILE UNDER PERSONAL ASSESSMENT: Climate change is real, it is accelerated by man and it cannot be reversed [easily/speedily].

A lot of the same people who deny the existence of climate change (much less denying the overwhelming evidence of climate change) are the same people who believe the words in a book written in the Bronze Age which contain passages where a snake talks humans, a bush fire talks to humans, a donkey talks to humans, a man lived in whale, a man walked on water, and of course that a dead man rose from his grave and ascended to cloud 9.

The dumbing down of Murica continues unabated.
