His name, a corruption of Devandra Vishnu, has the potential to become a very good lower order batter, in fact, I sometimes feel his batting can become better than his bowling.
I would love to see him develop his batting. He can become a Daniel Vettori.

A quick fast bowler and Bishoo ain't want no cricket.

Stop your shit man, I have seen Bishoo against fast bowlers and he shapes up well enough, given more chances up the order and he will be a good allrounder. He has played the night watchman on some ocassions, and done it very well indeed, against fast bowlers to boot.
In reply to granite
True, most of his runs are against Pakistan quicks including Wahab.
In reply to granite
Who are these fast bowlers that you saw him face??? From what I saw this evening when it was short Bishoo didn't look comfortable at all. Good fighting hand though well done
In reply to Emir
That is very true, and we know Wahab generate up to 148kph, in fact most Pak fast men generate pace in the 90s mph.I also believe Bishoo can be a good allrounder.
In reply to Ray123
Who are the fast bowlers you saw him run from?
In reply to Emir
Before this thread what was his score?
And after this thread how many did he add to it?
No footwork

I am not going to fault you for your superstition belief- you are free to believe what you want. I do not believe that if you say good things about a batter, he will then get out.
Again, I respect your right to hold this belief system.

Man I can't believe how Bishoo picked up cricket cause he's afraid of the ball
Bishoo had played a number of good innings for WI
He's got close to 500 runs already.
In reply to granite
Did you not see him play today? When they went short he backed away to leg or just swiped after that. I'm not saying he can't be an all rounder if he works at his batting but for now he like most is still vulnerable to pace. But Bishoo has heart and I like that about him.
Cheers

that ball hits hard bro
In reply to silver
Dem blind... de man running from the pace.
A good fighter though.
Much appreciated.
In reply to granite
Bishoo was stepping away and flashing outside off.
I don't know what cricket you were watching.
A useful player, when the bowling isn't quick.
In reply to Gun_Play
How is Hope handling it?
In reply to Khaga
Him, Dowrich n Chase.
I wouldn't pitch nothing up to their bats.
They have to learn to hook.
They handling it like Bishoo.
In reply to Gun_Play
Bowl outside off or into the ribs
Being uncomfortable against pace and being scared are two different things. I don't think he is scared. How many of WI top order bats are comfortable with pace.....
