Yammie and her increasingly hot bod have been taken in for some serious home care and you guys are longing and pining for her return.

Leave Yammie alone to have her business fixed.

Alright alright, all jokes aside.

Yammy just did a kind write up about our meeting in Grenada (missed it for shite)... she was universally praised for her attention to detail, professionalism and effervescent presence.

see it here

You will also see mention of my mentor and departed good friend the late Dr. Barrow (Guyana) (Caribbean man to the core!)

Do-do yammy is the best!

Good to know Yammie is ok and writing as well as ever. It is missing her effervescent presence that is causing the 'tabanka'. big grin

See you wouldn't have to beg so had you done things right in the first place.

My application was returned with an 'incomplete and unsatisfactory' stamp. big grin

Sounds like AWIG was doing good work in Grenada. You may consider posting some early warning symptoms and a reminder for old fogies like me to do their regular screenings.

It's a harmless procedure that colonoscopy is. If you are in Jamaica, go to Dr Mike Mills. Great young doctor.

Thanks for the heads-up. Women approach healthcare in such a logical way. big grin

Men have to cope with anxiety, pride, angst and finances. big grin

It's a harmless procedure...

Usually it is. But I had one and swear there will not be another. Next morning, I could not get up because I came down with the most terrifying bout of vertigo imaginable.

Never me again!

Maybe because of how you had to lie for the scope to enter.

I have read about complicayions with the doctor puncturing the lining of the colon and that causing problems
