Should be good. Keen to see how Megan Simmonds does. I love her start. Hope she brings a finish. big grin

Saw no mention of the men's 110m hurdles. I thought it would be on the programme.

It was indeed...good to see both you and Bain, after all these years. I look forward to the next meet-up, which hopefully won't be so long!

At the Doha Diamond League meet yesterday, Jamaican Elaine Thompson stamped her dominance over Dafne Schippers of the Netherlands, winning in 22.19 to the Dutchwoman's 22.45. Marie-Josee Ta-Lou of the Ivory Coast was third in 22.77, followed by Jamaicans Simone Facey (23.00) and Veronica Campbell-Brown (23.09).

There was a major upset in the men's 100m, as South Africa's Akani Simbine won in 9.99, ahead of Jamaican Asafa Powell (10.08 ), and Femi Ogunode of Qatar (10.13), with American veteran Justin Gatlin (10.14) and Canada's new sensation Andre De Grasse (10.21) surprisingly trailing in fourth and fifth.

Steven Gardiner of the Bahamas won the men's 400m in 44.60, ahead of Americans Lashawn Merritt (44.78 ) and Tony McQuay (44.92). Qatar's Mutaz Essa Barshim won the men's high jump with a leap of 2.36, to finish ahead of Britain's Robbie Grabarz (2.31) and Donald Thomas of the Bahamas (2.29).
