in all honesty I will give Hope 20 to 25 test. This should take about three to four years. Then he will be properly oriented. He scores the most runs in the regionals including long hauls at the crease resulting in double centuries. Who else is doing that?

these are the players I like and i ain't dropping none of them from the squad within 3 years.

1. Hetmyer
2. Hope.
3. Chase
4. Dowrich
5. Holder
6. Joseph
7. Blackwood
8. Gabriel- has grown enough for the investment in his development to continue. I was not an advocate for Gabriel's selection but I am happy to see where he is at.

In addition I like these players to join the team in the near future.

1. Keacy Carty
2. Jason Mohammed - should be given a shot soon
3. Leveridge- even though he is not selected I will have him travel and train with the team.
4. Carriah- I will have someone working on his bowling
5. Cornwall- as long as he continues to perform he will be selected. He needs to try and average 40 with the bat over the first class season
