That shot he played the get to the century was a shot of class and had the Roston stamp all over it

What about Tendy and Lara after 10?

Devin 2017-05-14 21:51:34

How much Blackwood was averaging after 10?

Roston is a good find. Now we need numbers 1-4 and we have a decent batting side.

Roston has earned his keep.
Check this scorecard, when he debuted for Barbados, and who batted ahead of him.
Regional Four Day Competition, Barbados v Jamaica at Bridgetown, Feb 18-21, 2011

Bro I like Roston commitment. A real gutsy player. And he will willing to tough it out in the trenches.
Disappointed with KB and Shari but they will come good-I hope for WI cricket.

DIEHARD 2017-05-14 22:15:50

IS not how u start..is how u finish.

This int meant much.

Dwayne Smith had a debut century...K Powell and Paint started with a bang..Marlon Samuels too..Hety might be X-Man2.0

We need back Lil B, although i fear he may never be the same

runout 2017-05-14 22:46:04

I really had Shai higher than Roston, but Roston delivered the goods.

Luckily Chase is an all rounder so he does have more to "fall back on".

Lil bravo would rather play the CPL than tour England.

I know what Lil B would rather.

I'm just stating what the team needs to improve

I like chase and the fight he showed he will prove if he is the real deal agains Broad and Anderson in England.

Chase is a fighter but also an intense student of the game. When he had problems with Yasir he devised a plan having conducted thorough research, this is the hallmark of a true campaigner. Chasey research those English conditions and their bowlers habits. cool

England is a serious testing for any young batsman.

Check Jimmy Adams after his first10 tests. I read somewhere that only Don Bradman had better numbers at a comparative juncture.

You know me - I don't discuss these things until a man plays 20 tests - good start fi Chase. I like the fat that he scored runs in all three tests. England next.

I wanna see him in pacey and bouncy conditions before calling him the real deal.

Spin he looks good against.

Exactly! Thats the subtle point I was trying to make.

Kudos to Roston Chase, I think only he, along with Holder, enhanced his reputation as a batsman during this series.

England will be another stiff test for the "Star Team" and I think the inadequacies of many of these batsmen will be further exposed
