I'm always for keeping the good ones, Bajans or otherwise. It just looks like the Bajans get more opportunities to showcase their talents (or lack thereof).

Well, just look at the FC performances. Chase bats #6 in Bim team and Holder #9 for good reasons. They are other equally talented players.
What separates Chase and Holder is their calmness. I think Bajan team mates can learn a lot from them.
