My advice to Carlos will be to FOCUS on his batting!
He can hit the Ball, there is no doubt about that...
But he hasn't developed other aspects of batting, like playing with soft hands and taking quick singles.
Also, i feel his bowling is nothing special, maybe just maybe, he should start putting more emphasis into becoming a Batting All-Rounder, from a Bowling All-Rounder currently.
He is just 29, and he can contribute a lot to WI cricket.
His first milestone should be to learn how to play SPIN bowling!
