Or is anything left?

They have turned the corner on the road to ruin!

I don't know when will WI wake up to the reality of GOING ALONE?
How do you turn a corner when you are going around in circles?
In reply to runout
You don't understand. The last corner we turned was in Barbados, the land of roundabouts and while some here were over the moon, I knew we would go around the roundabout as Dominica proved.
In reply to bobby
I would say we are on a steep climb....no more corners.
In reply to bobby... I disagree, we were one brain fart away from a commendable draw, wwhich would have left this a drawn series. I am now more than ever optimistic. If only the "skelectors" would stop being so "arrogant" or is it "ignorant"?.

Technically, the floor would be where the true teams in the wilderness are strewn about. For example, Japan would swap with Windies in a heartbeat. And China, despite their money, recently finished a tournament against the likes of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, losing by close to 400 runs each time!
But I get where you're coming from. Windies would disband before it got to that particular part of the abyss

Very true...we would have been singing a different tune.
Mind you this same Pakistan team was only beaten by New Zealand and Australia away from UAE.
We have many positives...but the negativity here from the know-alls is just that!

Stop blaming Gabriel for preventing a draw. If that is all we can reach for, then we have NOT turned any corner. And it is even worse if we have to lay blame on a number 11 batsman, while, with the exception of Chase, all the others who were picked to bat, did not deliver.
It should never have come down to #11.
In reply to bobby
It shouldn't have but it did. And in the context of the game, where is the pride.
Not blaming him, but making a point between competing for a draw and losing a series
The way it is bandied here is as if the boys are no good. And that is far from the truth.
In reply to bobby... why, I have seen us during the Glory days do the same thing, number 11 staying there with an established batsman, it happens to the best teams in the world.
I bet you if that was The Hon Courtney, the match would have been a draw.
Oh, you caan tell me what to think. Respect!
In reply to runout
It a round-a-bout!
Why do you think they call it a "revolution" underway with the emerging "star team"
They are revolving on their axis of futility & mediocrity!
