I thought he retired from test cricket?

Norm 2017-05-21 22:44:13

Among Guyanese batsmen, he is still behind Kallicharan (87 fc centuries), Kanhai (86) and Lloyd (79?). I think he passed Hooper (71?).

He could still give WI valuable service in Test cricket, IMO, both as player and mentor.

He would be perfect for a tour of England this summer. He has the English experience and he has so much knowledge to impart to the young batsmen. Come on Stuart..call for the Shivster.

I posted just recently that The Shiv would be the perfect fit to galvanize the top order batsmen by establishing partnerships while providing on field mentorship to the young batsmen, as the current top order Is failing much too often.
