I watched a documentary about Baldwin called I am not your Negro. Excellent! It's about his role in the american civil rights movement of the 1960s and featured FBI surveillance.

Thanks for reminding me...I've been meaning to get my hands on it. ...and yes..the reviews were off the charts.
I heard it's really a compelling piece.
