At least they waw competitive and am sure they better than losing 8 out the last 10 completed games

The point was to play Carter again - to drive home the point about who was running WI cricket - because that is the most meaningful aspect of WI cricket at present.

This entire series is the BCCI giving the West Indies Board games against a "full strength" Team India as opposed to the 'A' squads that have played on limited overs tours recently - Last 2 tours, the main "stars" were rested, and this was one of the reasons cited why the WICB chose to vote with their new (old) massa at the ICC.

In fairness, Sammy's teams were better..Not all Sammy's teams were this clueless.Sammy's teams won 2 WC tournaments despite the lows (only) that a lot of people tend to see..
