Look in the mirror and see the converse. If the players deserved the credit for the cups then they must take the blame for the failures big grin

May 13, 2015
Long serving West Indies women’s cricket coach Sherwin Campbell, conspicuously absent from the team currently campaigning in round three of the ICC Women’s Championship in Sri Lanka, has been sacked by the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB)

Campbell who was instrumental in the rise of the West Indies women into the top half of the international women’s rankings over the last seven years, has been replaced by fellow Barbadian Vasbert Drakes, the former West Indies allrounder.

Campbell allegedly sent a private message via Whatsapp to a senior member of the team in which another senior player was the subject of much discussion. However, the discussion was relayed to a member of the WICB who found the coach’s message and discussion to be in poor taste

If the players deserved the credit for the cups then they must take the blame for the failures

Fair enough

The players that won the T20 world cup are now without
Gayle
Charles
DJ Bravo
Russell
Ramdin
Sammy
Benn....well actually...he nearly cost the team the cup with figures of 3 for 40 in the final so we'll leff him out cool

So can't blame T20 lack of success on them

The test and ODI teams however.... cool

When I say players I mean those in the squad. You seem to refer only to a certain set of players.

It depends on what is a "player"

Success has many fathers.
Failure is an orphan.

Havent you run each one of the Prima Donnas and incompetents already out of the game.

When Carter needs have as many matches as Pollard had why would the others not have the same luxury

Nothing from CWI board this time around yet?

Are they taking credit for the women's performances at this world cup?
