I never envy a ladies man. I don't like Rafa because he's a hyperactive drugged up steroid monkey. I don't know how he's in the conversation for GOAT when all he does is win on clay.

This fu#ker would've never sniffed a Wimbledon title had he played on the grass courts of the 80's and 90's.

Has he not won other GS? And multiple other GS?

Moron so he's no good on grass but your idol can't touch him on clay. so what?

Devin 2017-07-10 16:10:58

Here are some statistics for you ass monkeys.

Without the French Open, Nadal is a five time Grand Slam Champion.

The last time Nadal won a slam not named the French was back in 2013. Before that it was 2010.

Nadal hasn't reached the Quarters of Wimbledon since 2011.

Nadal has never won an ATP world tour final. Not even once. And that's a tournament that only involves the top 8 players in the world. In fact, he's only been in the final twice. 2010 and 2013. Let that one digest.

I am almost 100% certain that over 70% of Nadal's titles have been won on clay. Yet there is no way that even 50% of the tournaments he plays are on clay. Or maybe they are, who knows. He knows how to load up during the clay court season.

Does anyone here believe Nadal will win another slam outside of the French?

Take away Federer's 7 Wimbledon titles, he's still an 11-time Grand Slam Champion. Take away Nadal's 10 French Open titles, he's a five time Grand Slam champion.

You cannot be in the conversation of greatest of all time when you're still in the prime of your career and can't make a fu#king Wimbledon Quarterfinal in 5 or 6 years.

Djokovic is greater than Nadal in my books. Even with three fewer slams.

You right.

So post the equivalent about Djokovic. Yearend etc

Why? So you could tell me that Djokovic in his 20's is better than Federer in his 30's? Stupes.

Djoker has won 6 Aussie Open titles, 3 Wimbledon titles, 2 US Open titles, and 1 French Open.

He has won 5 year end finals, of which he won four straight from 2012-2015.

FuzzyWuzzy 2017-07-10 17:54:00

In reply to Devin

So he can only play on Aussie courts confused confused confused

imusic 2017-07-10 18:41:53

Had Rafa won.....it would have been an epic comeback.

He didn't. Good on Muller to withstand all that mental pressure. Not easy having 99% of the Stadium plus the commentators and most viewers wanting you to lose....and still pulling through against one of the greats of the game.

Respeck to both players.

Devin 2017-07-10 18:42:03

He obviously excels at the Aussie Open. He's one of the greatest hardcourt players of all time, if not the greatest. I always found it puzzling as to why he hasn't won more US Open titles. Maybe the crowd factor. I know he doesn't always get a lot of support at that tournament.

Three Wimbledon titles as well.

Without Wimbledon where is your beloved Federer?

Ummmmm are you serious? I stated that above. He's an 11-time Grand Slam Champion without Wimbledon. And another thing, there is no such thing as a grass court season or a grass court specialist.

It's not as though Federer grew up playing on grass. And what is grass these days? There are players on tour who think the grass is playing slower than the clay.

Y'all really flipping ridiculous though. Why is it that I'm significantly younger than you clowns, yet I have to continuously take you all to the woodshed.

Federer has won three Grand Slam tournaments five times or more(Wimbledon 7, US Open 5, Australian Open 5).

Federer has won three grand slams in a year on three occasions. If I'm not mistaken, he achieved that over the course of three out of four years.

So in summary, Federer without Wimbledon has 11 slams. Nadal without the French has 5.
