Corolla

Investigators probing the murder of Corporate Area businessman Richard Ramdial are looking into claims that the incident may have been a contract killing.

Ramdial was shot several times as he sat in his Mercedes-Benz sports utility vehicle in a line of traffic along Ruthven Road in St Andrew yesterday afternoon.

More than a dozen bullets were reportedly fired into the vehicle.

It’s reported that about 4:30 two men came up to the businessman's car and opened fire.

They then fled.

Nobadee nah look fi me.

So he was killed because of the vehicle he drives and they don't look for you because of the vehicle you drive?

Why are you so foolish and simplistic?

What...driving a Benz will get you killed in Jamaica?

OK Chrissy, drive your Toyota Sprinter (Skettel) and be involved in illicit activity and no one will look for you.

Dis done.

And to think that no one has ever come up with this easy, obvious way of ending murders in the country. Shame on the authorities.....and the car dealers.

Is that the same Ramdial from the famous Ramdial Garage on Spanish Town Road (Denham Town)?

The younger generation was always in mix-ups even way back when I lived in the Kingston area.

EXACTLY.

None of us will live forever..... While planning for the future, don't forget to live life NOW .... don't be scared of death or you will always live a sheltered, sad, unhappy, and unfulfilling life......

this story, which was already interesting, got way more interesting. check out the gleaner. Police apparently detained the suspects when they were fleeing, but let them go. The suspects must have called a very high name.

What a stretch and unfounded speculation.

It's a good thing this has nothing to do with driving a skettel or Benz.

Chrissy, I noticed that the persons driving the Toyota Corolla cars are not the victims of the heinous crimes as you rightly said, but they are the perpetrators...is there any truth to this?

big grin

Cops can't say motive for MoBay businessman's murder.

Persons here with information on this particular crime please fulfill your civic responsibility by giving the police the relevant information to assist them further in their investigation.

You know yourselves.

a scraggly looking person of ambiguous gender was seen speeding away in a beat up Toyota.

The source said it was difficult to identify the car as a Corolla because it was missing many body panels.

So the victims drive BENZ and the perpetrators TOYOTA COROLLAS?

Persons close the JCF should direct them to this thread. There will be no need for them to waste further time investigating this matter.

It is their civic duty to inform the relevant authorities instead of playing Mr. Know It All!.

If they had their country at heart they would tell all they know no matter the political affiliation!
