Two of the most ardent PNM supporters since the Party was formed,are now cussing the the Primeminister,and his ministers.Just a week ago residents of Laventille,(PNM till we ded)supporters,was weeping and wailing about their plight,and directing their sufferings to the lack of actions against the PNM.Now if that was bad,what about Point Fortin,they have also been PNM till we ded supporters since the Party's inception,and even when the Party and its leader does wrong they turn a blind eye,now they cussing the leader and their ministers,if someone had told me that I would not believe it,but I read it in the TT Paper.
The UNC must be laughing their heads off,and why shouldn't they,they were voted out for reasons that were in peoples head,lots of the charges were false and not proven,mek dem poor rass tek wah dem get,and STFU.

The UNC must now attract more Afro Trinis to the party to make them look a credible government,they may not be more credible but they would look it,mix the party,we not in India so make the party look Trini.

I find that hard to understand,but I am or can only comment on what I read,first I hear we didn't have money,then we spend on the BLStadium,now I like sports so I kind ah give some credit for that,but why show so much interest in CWI when you should be focussing on crime in TT;there are so many ills in TT at the moment ,the people should have the government's un-divided attention.

Similarly the Dopwell character (Marlene's friend) said the day after Marlene was fired he done with PNM and Rowley. He can't support them.
Two days later, he say the boss talk(Rowley) and PNM is he(Dopwell) party and they have to move forward.

TT politics must change,it has to change.I have read of things that ministers do and don't even get chided for it,who was the Minister who went to the bank with about 150000 dollars in cash,and everybody was ok with that,all I could do is SMH.I couldn't see a minister in the past UNC govt doing that,half of TT would have exploded,the would have been emblazoned across all papers,TV would have had a field day,and all the Unions would have come out on strike,lol.Ministers wives getting millions put in the bank no questions asked,oh well,as we say,"only in TT".

In reply to sgtdjonesWhat Dr.Williams should have said,we could put a dead frog and they would vote for it,BTW to say both parties are the same is not fair,on both occasions that UNC were in power,they were looked at with magnifying glasses,the Unions gave them a difficult time,the media was the same.Look at the difference when the PNM is in power,their mistakes and wrong turns are not brought up as it should be.

There is absolutely no difference between the PNM and the UNC in political and economic policy and governing philosophy.

The only difference is the core base of the PNM is urban poor Afro Trinidadians and the UNC core base is Hindu Trinidadians.

Both parties needs replacing but first constitutional changes must take place- check out PEP.

Kamla, while in power ran a corrupted ship and her party was hijacked by a small Hindu fundamentalist clique.

Rowley is sincere and a better leader who has embraced all,but his leadership at this time is not sufficient to take the country forward.

Phillip Alexander is the man to take it forward.
