PM. Rowley , I urge You & your Colleagues

To read all Matters regarding the LODHAR
Committee vs the BCCI , in the TIMES OF
INDIA NEWSPAPER . You will find that Court Matter very instructive .

Basically a Committee was set up to
look into the Affairs of the Board of
Cricket Control India ; aka the BCCI
That Committee was called the Lodhar
Committee .

That case was heard by the India Supreme Court , where the Judges verbally slapped around the Officials
of the BCCI . The Court ordered the
BCCI to implement the changes recommended by the LODHAR Committee .

The BCCI was Tardy in implementing the recommendations of the LODHAR Committee . The India Supreme Court
in its Frustration decide to take
swift action .

It removed the President & the Secretary of the BCCI from their Offices in the BCCI . The Supreme Court of India stated that the BCCI
could not be in charge of a Public Sport .

The Court also stated that the BCCI
was not Transparent nor Accountable ,
this to me has a very familiar ring .

It would be instructive if You & Your
fellow Prime Ministers in the Region
acquaint yourselves with the case involving THE LODHAR COMMITTEE VS THE
BCCI . You will find it very instructive , and was in the Sports
Section of THE TIMES OF INDIA Newspaper .

BTW , PM ROWLEY , I would like You &
the Other Prime Ministers to find out
from the Members of the WICBC/CWI what
exactly was the purpose of the WICBC/CWI Commissioning several Reports and then bluntly refusing to
take on Board the salient Features of
those Reports .

I believe that was done to Bamboozle the General Public into believing that
the WICBC/CWI was going to change its
Structure .

I would like You to ask any Member of the the WICBC / CWI how old is the current Structure of the WICBC .

Do not be swayed by those who will
state that Governments cannot intervene in Cricket , that is what
the ICC states , however , when the
Government of Guyana took the GCB to Court , I do not recall that the ICC or the WICBC putting in an appearance
on behalf of the GCB .

On 4 separate occasions the President
of Pakistan fired the Pakistan Cricket Board , appointed a Chairman & an Ad Hoc Committee to govern Cricket in Pakistan until there was
fresh Elections on these four occasions . I do not recall reading that the ICC intervened on those 4 occasions .

Governments can and must intervene in Cricket when necessary ; however they
are not empowered to govern Cricket in their respective Countries Forever.
