Because the BIG IDIOT has whipped that organization into submission?
If that's the case, then they shouldn't feel too bad because the same treatment has been meted out to a lot more powerful organizations in the region.

Well I will go deeper and say the current WIPA is an arm of the WICBC.
Kind of like the Trump administration; Despite the history of superpower rivalry between the USSR/Russia and the US, the currently American President is a strong ally and an arm of the Russians.
