Negotiations between Cricket Australia and the Australian Cricketers' Association are continuing at a snail's pace but the damage has already been done, the former Test paceman Mitchell Johnson has said.

Talks between the two warring parties - including the chief executives James Sutherland and Alistair Nicholson - resumed in Melbourne on Wednesday with time fast running out to avoid major dislocation to the game, both in terms of commercial deals with sponsors and broadcasters, and also the Bangladesh tour in August.

When PM. Rowley takes the WICBC,CWI
to Court and wins , ALL International
Cricket Boards will have to be considerate when dealing with their
Employees .

In essence PM. Rowley by taking the
WICBC/CWI to Court is opening the Door
for the Players of ALL Cricket Playing
Countries .

Worse yet the ICC will no longer scare Governments & Players , with its Asinine remark about Governments
not being empowered to take Cricket Boards to Court ; or Players for that
matter .

The ICC & the International Cricket Boards are running scared , because
their decades old Deceit is going to
fall to pieces .

ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS PM. ROWLEY

TAKE THE WICBC/CWI TO COURT , THERE

IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT , IN MY

OPINION THAT PM. ROWLEY WILL PREVAIL .

He can also cite the Lodhar Committee
Matter to buttress his Case , since
the Judges in the India Supreme Court
were dismissive of the BCCI's claim
that it is a Private Entity .

BTW in the matter in India the India
Supreme Court criticized the BCCI
for its Lack of Transparency & Accountability ; very much like the
WICBC/CWI .

I am awaiting a response from the Jackals of the Worst International
Cricket Board in the Commonwealth aka
theWICBC . Or their new name , CWI aka Cricket Worst Idiots .

ONLY PREVAIL , BUT YOU WILL HUMBLE

This will undoubtedly usher in some semblance of Equality and forever dispel , the cantankerous behaviour
of the International Cricket Boards
with their asinine suggestion of Governments must not intervene in Cricket .

You have asked a very Good Question , the Answer may be blowing in the Wind Now ; However I am of the opinion ,
that if PM.Rowley takes the WICBC/CWI to Court , that will usher in a Brand
New Day For ALL Cricketers in the Commonwealth .

I sincerely hope that Prime Minster
Rowley may be akin to a Modern Day Moses ; leading ALL Cricketers to a Better & Brighter Future .

I really want Prime Minister Rowley
to do the Right Thing , and take the
WICBC to Court , as the Prime Minister of Trinidad & Tobago , there is absolutely no doubt that PM. Rowley has standing to take the WICBC/CWI to Court .
