Police said a squad car entered an alley and Ruszczyk, 40, approached the driver's side to talk with the officers.
Dark alley and a police investigating a situation. Don't approach them.

The Mayor says "I will not be resigning". The Police Union, of all "Blue silence", organizations, applauds the resignation of the police chief and suggests the Mayor should do the same.
