Kallicharan not in the team, he was not there in previous games too. Is he injured?

168-6 now. Hopefully these two can bring it home.
Zimbabwe U19's beat WI U19s by 26 runs.
In reply to Pacy
Yadram doing really well
So far the best bats seems to be, when it comes to consistency in the runs department, him, Simmons and Athanaze
In reply to positiveg
Kalli was doing well too but i guess he's injured..
We need some bowlers... Pemberton from Leewards should be there.. Was the best fast bowler last year and already got 8 wickets in the match against Guyana U19 in the current round..
In reply to anthonyp
Actually 7 wickets but that don't count.
In reply to doosra
You start a thread about Yadram he out and the team lose.
In reply to positiveg
I think they are rotating the talent to check the best combination. So do not want to be hard on the kids.
I have lots of hope for Stewart too. Bowling seems to be weak.
Kian Pembertan has got 7 wickets in the fist round match. Not sure why he was not considered. He is always among the wickets.
Note: Anthony, did not see your post. I concur with your views. There is no justification for not selecting him.
In reply to voiceofreason
start one for emanuel
he might actually stay and score a run or 2
In reply to doosra
It's about time a Yadram make a name for themself...
The old man is a coach... his older brother played youth level with Lil Shiv dem think he was the cappo for Guyana U19 and the sister played for Guyana female team.. serious cricket family that

Keemo
Look out for the U17 opener.. ah think he in the U19 team too.. Algroo.. youth does beat ball
In reply to anthonyp
Algoo looks like a lil wild oats now
he want beat the leather off from ball 1
he in the u19 squad i think
In reply to anthonyp
I hope Keemo can do well in the CPL and make ppl sit up and take a look. I like that youth.
In reply to tops
I hope they play him.. the other day they went practicing big hits.. while the others were swinging hard hard to hit out of Bourda he was just pushing it out the ground...
Bowling at decent pace too.. If he plays the entire tournament hes gonna make a name for himself..
In reply to anthonyp
Keemo Paul is class, makes things happen.
Simmons, Yadram, Kallicharan, Athanaze have done well in Africa, good signs. Want to see Yadram convert one them scores to a century, would be well deserved. He has a good head. Head things together for Guyana in last year's U19.
And yes, I agree with others, can't understand why Kian Pemberton didn't make the team. Really baffling. I watched all the pacers last year, he was by far the pick of the bunch.
Another fifty for Yadram.. still can't convert to ah ton... another Sarwan in the making?
Good to see Stewart finally making some runs...
HOLA...
Please stop comparing and likened this youngster to anyone....let him mould his true self....Kanhai/Freddo/Kalli all in their own mould...so was Shiv...
youngsters need encouragement njnot comparison.
Adios

Couple years ago he was a lil fat boy.. since then he lost about half the size...
Don't think fitness is his problem.. he in the Jaguars academy. . Dem fellas does run whole day
Already got two wickets with his medium pace
man of the match, and man of the series, again
maybe VOR knows, let's ask him
Maximum respect to the youth N nuff luck. He will be another of Guyana greats. Btw, I thought he was a tree-knee! Anyway, when mom, dad N uncles are behind you, stardom is for U. Remember, I had said the same of Kagiso Rabada?!
In reply to Narper But, we don't make them that tall...deh feed him groah?!
Impressive scorecard from the boys, good to see Stewart finally get some runs. A good talent. And Yadram again. This is awesome to see. Such a calm personality when batting. Hope you all keep him away from Sarwan.
