We must be favorite for the relay. This World Championship has been one of endless disappointments .I feel it for the athletes having to run in such unfriendly conditions.Right now I have the heating on in my house.

I am pretty sure the coaches have been telling them that if they don't seem to be medalling they should not burn themselves out; keep it for the relay... where they could also have the advantage of better baton changes.

Only casual fans are concerned about "prestigious events". Real track fans follow all events.
I'm still concerned about the US. They have the gold and silver medallists in Francis and Felix.
