It is utterly shameful these shameless UNC politicians are playing the Hindu card to comment on the arrest of the former AG Ramlogan. They are using the racial-religous dog whistle to appeal to their Hindu base hoping to incite these poor masses.

The truth is the Gov't and the PM has no say on who gets arrested, the DPP is not an arm of the Executive and the investigation started a while ago- before this administration came into power.

But this fact is conveniently ignored by the UNC Hindu cabal who instead prefer to cook up non existent discrimination supposedly against Trinidadians of South Asian decent by an "Afro dominated" government (The movers and shakers, the financiers of the PNM is not black but white and brown)

Ramlogan will have his day in court with an army of highly competent lawyers at his side and Trinidad's judiciary is highly independent and globally recognized for its legal mastery and its highly acclaimed history on political neutrality.

When the UNC was in power, rampant corruption was the order of the day, a cabal of Hindu Fundamentalist racist ran the country and wasteful spending was commonplace. They obviously see an opening they believe can propel them back into office.

I have full confidence the people of Trinidad and specifically the majority of Hindus and other South Asian decent Trinidadians will see right through these piss poor politicians and confine them to latrine of history.

I take this is a letter or an opinion of a citizen and not a widespread opinion, but with that being said this will be is a losing card being played simply because the Hindu population demographic is getting smaller each year, additionally more people (especially young people) hate that type of divisive rhetoric. This only helps the PNM in the end

All one gats to do is check and see if dat company is listed in the NY stock exchange, write to stock exchange and all the info will be disclosed.
