Is convinced that he is bowling. Therefore the cheaters are the coach, the selectors, and the admin. If the real cheaters are made to answer for their misdeeds the problem will be solved quicky

Yep

The flingers started flinging as young kids....pass through school age flinging...into FC flinging...and continue to fling UNTIL at the highest level they are called and sent to a 'correction facility'....at this point they CANNOT learn to bowl....but they may pass the test and allowed to return at the highest level....but on return will continue to fling UNTIL called again....the cycle may continue until a cricket board decides not to select the flinger for the highest level anymore but the flinger may be allowed to continue to sling at the lower levels of cricket....Shillingford is a classic example....Narine is picking and choosing when to play when the risk of being called is less...why is Narine not going to England?

A a kid growing up playing the game....to fling was a stigma....and schoolmates would call you out and shame you....even to cross bat was stigmatized...doesn't matter how much you score.....but that was in de stone age?....yes maybe
