Date 1920
He has great skill and can be quick but runs out of steam quickly
Taylor would have had 2 in the first over had it not been the drop. Things would have been much different eh!
In reply to Scar
Taylor lacks the brain and temperament for T20 bowling.
Took first wicket with away swinger outside off and then sent everything else done leg including the drop catch ball that could easily have gone for 4 as well.
In later overs he tries taking pace off, bowling cutters rather than spear in a few yorkers to tailenders when six hitting was needed to win
In reply to Scar
Pollard had to point out the obvious to him after he got whacked around the park.

Decent attack
I think so
In reply to Logic
That's harsh. I have nuff time for Taylor, but he needs to cut back a bit and try to prolong his career.
In reply to LBW375
Didn't Taylor retire from Test cricket?
In reply to Walco
He took back retirement Nd said it was premature. I think he would be a great third seamer in our test side.

Needed in our Test side...i tired of complaining of his selection for T-20s..and a lesser extent ODIs.
He's had the rare decent spell in ODIs..but he's NEVER done well in a T-20..on what basis does he keep making the team?
Lazy forking selectors..copy and paste
In reply to Logic
It takes energy to spear yorkers in at pace in the later overs.
In reply to Logic
You are correct,he doesn't have the skill for 20/20 or 50 over cricket,he's more suited for Test.
Retire him.
