Sometimes I feel like giving up—Cooper

As he knelt on the pitch and buried his head in his arms, his relief was palpable.

Moments later, he sobbed heavily while being embraced by his captain Dwayne Bravo. There was an unmistakable sense of a man vindicated.

“I’ve been through a lot.” the lanky all-rounder told Guardian Media Sports on Tuesday from his home in Santa Monica Gardens, Mausica.

Now a CPL champion for the second time, and with renewed belief in his abilities Cooper will get back to working on his action with a specialist from England.

“For me its a work in progress and something that just wouldn’t happen overnight,” he explained.

You can do it Cooper, don't give up.

cool cool cool

Cooper's action still needs work. It's relatively easy to "bowl" when your action is being tested, but muscle memory is a hell of a thing during pressure game situations.

How come this guy is getting warnings after warnings and still pelting?

Shillingford, Narine and Kraigg never got any warnings for pelting.

He has been reported in domestic leagues but the protocol is different than in the International arena

IPL

Pakistan

Bangladesh

At de International level, once reported you have to undergo testing within a certain time frame or stop bowling. At the Domestic level you have much more leeway and you can go from league to league without getting tested.

You do pelt Cooper...very clean pelting

Give up the pelting and concentrate on batting...you do have lots of talent for that

Yes, a great analysis.

I think he and Sunil work in progress.

They are both getting coaching and at the same time
improving in the batting department.

I wish all CWI players that have such problems well.
