A more useful statistical tool for evaluative purposes would be the product of strike rate and econ rate.
The reason being wicket taking ability is also important.
It is:
Bishoo 197.
Zampa 152.
The lower figure gets the nod.
Captains don't mind giving away a few extra runs for wickets.
