For delivering poor results?

Didn't Jimmy Adams..and even more recently Gayle..lose the captaincy for not inspiring the great talent at their disposal to victory?

things and times change

Hola...things have changed...put a Bage in charge of selection(a Bage with no qualifications for this chairman job)..and thats the results you get.
At first i was willing to let this Bage thing run and see if some accountability and commonsense comes through...unfotunately and sadly the Bage did not deliver.
Simple as that we all sitting on the bench..whether at airport or waiting to play....time to buss dem off..

Gayle said he didn't want to be cappo no more. Said it involved too many other things and he would soon give it up.

The decision to appoint Sammy and Nash into positions of responsibility is indicative of the WICB's desire to achieve stability in leadership from players whose availability isn't in question. Ernest Hilaire, the board's CEO, said: "Chris Gayle, the former captain, led the West Indies during a challenging period and the board thanks him for stepping up then but it is now time to past the mantle on as the West Indies rebuilds.

Well..i guess it wasnt results then..so Jimmy the last captain to lose de wuk sake of results?
