Middle order batsman Aaron Jones impressed with a commanding half-century in another generally below par batting display on the opening day of the second Barbados Pride four-day practice match at Bayfield.

Heard a couple players, speaking highly of him, last week, on the Mason show and Midwicket.
Batting continue to be of some concern, the Elite division after it 5th series, is yet to have scores over 300 runs, our U-17 and U-19 teams had batting problems, with only two guys, making the regional U-19 squad.

But who in the Caribbean would name dem poor son Sharon or Shirley?

National Sports Council coach Shirley Clarke, himself a former Barbados cricketer, said he heard his son on Monday and in the wee hours of yesterday, but lost contact with him.
