Drugs use is not about race or color but I do remember a time when whites tried to paint blacks as nothing but drug users. Now, the opioid epidemic is wreaking havoc on small town America. It's no longer a problem to be ignored by white America.

It used to be that whites would venture into black neighborhoods to get their fix, now, white America, have essentially become their own dealers.

The chances increases that one or two of these poor souls are going to try to take out a bunch of people (mass shootings) in their race to the bottom.
