Let us put race and party affinities one side for now.
Just because he is accomplished in business does not make him a suitable president. That is an issue I have with people who voted for him for that reason.
They would never send the best plumber to fix their car; they would look for a mechanic.

Exactly. I would argue that you don't need any business skills at all.
Here are some qualities you must possess that Trump is lacking.
1. The ability to negotiate (one plus but little results)
2. The ability to bring people together (has not demonstrated that)
3. Intelligence. (has not demonstrated that)
4. Empathy (totally lacking)
5. Attention to details (lacking)
6. Knowledge of what you are trying to sell (lacking)
7. Motivational speaker (only appeals to base)
8. Credibility (totally lacking)
9. Honesty (totally lacking)
10. Discipline (totally lacking)
