Probably the following:
1. The hate for America & England (even from those who make a good living here)
2. Trump wants to ban the bad ones (Trump cannot do anything good in their eyes)
No. 1 maybe due to the fact that many of the elderly West Indians still romanticize over the failed communist and socialist systems their failed heroes tried to implement in the Caribbean.
They blame America for the failure of these leaders instead of looking at the failed systems.
Not much different from them blaming England for the failure of the West Indian cricket team, a team losing everything for almost 40 years now.
