Our Problem is what is the WICBC/CWI
Doing to Harness & Hone the Young Talented Players in the Region so that
in the International Cricket Arena They
can be Fully Competitive .

The gist of what I am saying is that
preparations Must be made to ensure that
the Level & Standard of Our Players
Competitiveness be continuously Sharp .

This in my opinion is why Our Players
are not as fully grounded in all aspects of the game as Players from
Other Teams .

Obviously there is no such thing as a
Free Lunch . Doing the above will require money being spent to harness &
Hone the Talents of all Our Players .

Keen Competitiveness Regionally will
bring Success Internationally . This
freaking Fact has been lost on the WICBC/CWI for many years .

Because what I have stated above has been Ignored by those in the Governance of Cricket in the Region ;
WE find ourselves at or near the Bottom of International Cricket particularly in the longer versions of the game.
