In reply to jen
Another talented hard hitting allrounder is Ronaldo Mohammed.. he's about 17 now.. shoulda be in the WI U19 squad.. he was one the leading all rounders in the last regional U19..
Plus he had a decent 3 day tournament in the recent Jaguars 3 day league.. scored a ton, couple 50+ scores and picked up a 5fer.. he's in the Jaguars academy setup now so he should improve..
In reply to anthonyp
Any family to Timur Mohammed?
Stumps Day 1: GUYANA JAGUARS - 149/10 in 34.3 overs (VISHAUL SINGH 55 off 89, ANTHONY BRAMBLE 13 off 33)
In reply to tops
is pure php code you woulda seeing if that was the case. Plenty error Warning & Notices lol
In reply to Narper
So, 20 wickets fell in the 1st day?
That sounds aweful, Singh making 55 and Hemraj making 48. Wah the rest of them did...
Sherfane Rutherford in an outstanding DCC all-rounder. Bowls fast medium and bats in the middle order. Enterprising batsman, spirited bowler and generally energetic in the field.
He, Keemo and Romario Shepherd will probably form a strong pace bowling core for Guyana for years to come. Add Motie to that lot for the Guyana bowling attack of the near future.
In reply to tops
man the site seh 117-4 at stumps
yall having visions or wah

VOLCANOES 151 (Kavem Hodge 48, Gian Benjamin 24, Kirk Edwards 24; Sherfane Rutherford 6-32, Keemo Paul 2-2.
JAGUARS 117 for four (Chanderpaul Hemraj 50, Vishaul Singh 33 not out; Sherman Lewis 2-30).
83,000 square Miles in St Lucia
Chanderpaul impetuously pulled a quick bouncer to long-leg
Johnson attempted to cut at one too close to him from left-arm pacer Obed McCoy and was caught behind.
Hemraj stroked pacer Ray Jordon for four and lofted off-spinner Shane Shillingford for six and reached the ropes five times and cleared it once as he raced to back-to-back fifties this season before he pushed at Shillingford and was caught behind to end the 64-run stand and leave his team on 88-4.
Singh looked very compact and was willing to use his feet to the spinners and by the close was still there on 34 from 74 balls with three fours. With him was Wicketkeeper Anthony Bramble on 13 from 33 balls.
In reply to Narper

So how much Hemraj mek?
He should a list Hemraj score.

Hemraj made 48 I think..
Guyana 177/4...Bramble 53* and Cheesy 50*....Bramble putting up his hand to be the "A" Team gloveman!

Hemraj out for 50 again.
Hope he doesn't suffer from Leon Johnson syndrome in converting 50's.
In reply to CricketLuva4
He need to learn quick otherwise he will be passed by...
Cheesy and Bramble batting good here!
In reply to WestDem
I think Bramble should have gotten a look into the A team...

Bramble need to block the 100 and bat normal...too much nervous energy from him since he got into the 80's...
In reply to WestDem
Where are you watching?
In reply to WestDem
He rass give it away, out for 90
In reply to WestDem
CWI website showing both games
No audio from the Windwards/Guyana match
Bramble may not have the stats yet
But he's pressure temperament
Most of his top knocks are in tough situations.
Keep going Bramble
Warriors didn't pick him this year and that to me was a bad move. Walton is ahead but bramble can bat down the order and beat it

400 at 28 and possible 430-440 before end of season?
200 more is possible by time he's 32
maybe 1000 if he continues
he needs to improve his arm ball...study herath or vettori
phase 2 should be the next project

I feel if he comes a bit closer to the stumps (bowling over the wicket) and get his arm a bit more to 12 o' clock he will be more effective to lefties.

Good win by the Jaguars, thanks mainly to Sherfane, Vishaul and Bramble.
Keemo seems to have picked up an injury, and batsmen like Tage and Johnson haven't clicked yet. Hemraj looks decent enough in the absence of Hety and Shiv.
Otherwise, the Jaguars seem ready to roll over the Leewards in their backyard next week.
In reply to Norm
The one issue I have with Hemraj, he doesn't rotate the strike enough. If u look at his knocks, he has 50+ from 70-80's balls with 7/8 (or more boundries)...The scores r good, but when u get to the higher level, u need to pick up your singles and 2's etc.
In reply to tops
I have heard that from many top players. Sometimes you simply need to avoid an in-form bowler for a bit until you settle down, or to help your partner to settle down.
In reply to Norm
In reply to Norm
Well, let's hope he can overcome this issue and learn and grow as a BATSMAN
