In the Regional Tournaments ; WE need
to take a moment and reflect on this Freaking fact :

THE STANDARD OF CRICKET IN THE REGION

IS BELOW THE LEVEL OF CRICKET PLAYED

BY TOP INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES IN

THEIR DOMESTIC TOURNAMENTS .

This being the case , let us not get
carried away by blind euphoria .Their
Players Play a hell of a lot more Cricket than our Players .

Obviously this means that they are and will be much more prepared than our
Players , naturally they would be Fitter Physically ; Mentally & more Competitive than OUR Players .

The sad thing is that those in the governance of Cricket in the Region
have bluntly refused to address these
Glaring Issues ; that have contributed to the detriment of
West Indies Cricket .

Its intersting how we keep devaluing our competition. We refer to it as Dung Heap yet West Indians in the English County system perform no worse and in most if not all cases, better in England than dey do at home.

Thank You for your Support . As You can surmise there are many in this Forum who relish ignoring the Truth .

What is truly sad is the fact that they are so thoroughly Brainwashed ,
that the Truth will never set
them Free .

Interestingly , I have never heard or
read that they are critical of the fact that since its Inception , the
WICBC/CWI has bluntly refused to change its archaic Structure .

This is despite Commissioning several Reports regarding their 1928 Structure . Currently WE await yet another one of those infamous Reports , this one called the WEHBY Report .

The reason why their game improves when they go else where is due to the factors that I have continuously stated in this Forum .

1. They are playing Cricket much more often than in the Region .

2. the standard is higher than what currently exists in the Region .

3. Playing Cricket often improves One's Physical & Mental Abilities &
One's Concentration .

BTW it was only about 6 years or so
ago that it finally dawned on the Big
Idiots that there needed to be a Regional Cricket League .

I will always maintain that if Our
Players are not fully competitive in the International Cricket Arena it matters not who the Hell is doing
Promotion & Merchandising .

It is the Competitiveness Of Teams that generate Great Promotion ; Merchandising & Sponsors . It surely
aint hiring someone to do the above when the Team aint Competitive .

This is akin to putting the Cart before the Horse , which does not work out well for all concerned ; this however does not deter the Big
Idiots , nor their Boot Lickers in this Forum from ignoring the Truth .

ONE CANNOT DEVALUE WHAT HAS LITTLE

VALUE ; THANKS TO THOSE IN THE

GOVERNANCE OF WEST INDIES CRICKET .

Value can only be achieved by making
Our Players fully Competitive . There
aint any positive signs that that is
on the Agenda to be considered .

Many here can talk a lot of Rubbish ,
by beating around the Bush however if they are honest ; They finally will have to admit that the Key to be successful is being Competitive in the International Cricket Arena .

The Keys to being competitive are not
mysterious ; nor are they beyond the
reach of Our Players . Players need to be Mentally & Physically Fit , they also need to play more Cricket
Regionally .

Former Great Players can reduce the
Mistakes & Flaws of Our Players . The problem as I see it is that those in the governance of West Indies Cricket
simply refuse to hire them .

Meanwhile the Frauds who claim to know a hell of a lot about Cricket
say absolutely Nothing regarding this matter .

IMAGINE SOME YEARS AGO SIR GARFIELD

SOBERS WAS REDUCED TO BEGGING THE

WICBC/CWI , TO ALLOW HIM TO COACH

SOME PLAYERS .

The salient question is this ;

WHY DID HE HAVE TO DO THAT ???

I have no doubt that Others will be willing to help . It seems that the Emperors in the WICBC/CWI are disdainful of Former Players .

Their Boot Lickers in the Media meanwhile as usual say nary a word on Radio ; TV or in Print .

There is nothing wrong with the "POINTS" he makes, he is usually correct, the challenge is that he keep keeps repeating the same point over and over and over and over

it is known fact we play too little First Class Cricket, but a move in the right direction has been made with the PCL, still a fledgling league and not much money around, it needs time to develop.

You need to consider as well that there is currently 35+ guys missing from Regional Cricket.

Senior Squad.
A Team.
T/20 Tournaments, Evin Lewis, Darren Bravo etc.
Other reasons i.e. Chemar Holder,Shivnarine Chanderpaul.

I would not have to keep repeating what I state if the WICBC/CWI changed
its Modus Operandi .

I find it very interesting that Some people in this Forum keep stating that
I keep repeating myself , to that I plead Guilty .

However those in the governance of
Cricket in the Region also keep repeating themselves , and that is precisely why I keep repeating myself .

I promise that when the WICBC/CWI stops doing the same things over & over . I shall do the same . However
I have no confidence that the WICBC /CWI is going to do this .

It aint about whether I keep repeating myself , it is about whether what I state is a Figment of
my Imagination or the Truth .

All People who dislike what I write
need to do is point out factually where & what I stated is Fiction .
The Truth Hurts to those who fail to realize it .

They are prepared to be Boot Lickers
of an Administration that has Commissioned several Reports regarding the Structure of the WICBC/CWI and then refused to Implement the salient Features those Reports .

BTW , they commissioned yet another Report , this One called the Wehby Report , WE have yet to hear about the Findings of this Report .

I GET THE IMPRESSION THAT MANY IN

THIS FORUM ARE GOING TO BE VERY

UNINTERESTED IN THIS REPORT WHEN IT

COMES OUT .

Change has started and will continue, the kicker is that it may not be in the areas we want, but even that will happen as well

If you have a Boat & it keeps leaking
the thing to needs to be done is to stop the leaks .

Unfortunately many People in the Region & in this Forum do not have that perspective , to them the WICBC/CWI is always Right , in essence they are infallible .

I cannot , and will never subscribe to that B.S . I believe that the
WICBC/CWI is putting the Cart before
the Horse . Merchandising & Marketing
are meaningless when in the International Cricket Arena in the
longer versions of the game , WE are
at or near the bottom in the International Cricket Arena .

My belief is that the Keys to success
is making ALL Our Players Fully Competitive in the International Cricket Arena .

This must entail building up Our
Players Physical & Mental Stamina by
all means available to do this . That
is a hell of a lot more important than having some Guy in charge of
Marketing & Merchandising .

I seriously doubt than anyone in this
Forum can dispute this ; yet they
take umbrage to my remarks .
