and there are a couple others I haven't seen as yet.
I am telling people right now that some of these youngsters are focused and hungry. Blackwood has his chance now and if he continues with that merry go round attitude he will eventually be dropped. If some one like Carty gets a call there will be no coming back for Blackwood.
Carty, Ambris, Hope and a couple others are prepared to bat for a long time every time they come to the crease. Hetmyer is a serious talent, a game changer.
Tage has fallen off. I will blame Guyana for this. If you pushing a kid because he is good enough, push him all the way. To push a kid and then pull him back leaves him in the middle of nowhere.

A focused Lewis or Hetty at #3 for the WI will be a game changer. The makings of a dominant middle order.

Agreed. Anyone here thinks Jason Holder could be batsman in the middle batting at number 5? I happen to think he can average 45

I don't know. I think the highest he will get too is 7. Do you think he is better than Chase?

You sure a lotta these guys talented with the bat OR the regional attacks are considerably weakened?
How much bowling attacks boast a test bowler and a good FC bowler or TWO or three good FC bowlers?
In reply to analyst-kid... well how much were there in the past, and the bowlers use to dominate, so I am saying there is improvement in the batting. People cussing about low strike rate, but at least they trying to stay at the crease.

I think he's the most naturally talented batsman in the line up. Chase is more disciplined, so is hope. Yes I'm talking Holder. It's refreshing to c how he Hooks the short ball easily.

Guys are now proving it on the international level. KB, Chase, Hope and Lewis are scratching the surface in regards to International cricket. These guys along with Holder now seem to be batting with more confidence in different conditions. Seems like the deer in headlight mentality is waning. They are now walking out with more confidence and willing to fight.

Not talking about the test guys...Im talking about these guys batting in the four day tournament right now.
Look how they crumble against the best attack which is currently the Leewards led by Louis...Barbados couldn't make 150 and Guyana right now 53/6!
What I want to see is Louis/Tonge and Joseph against Kraigg,Hope,Chase and Dowrich and the Leewards batting against Roach/Cummins and Benn!
In reply to analyst-kid
the players on my list will perform even when the test players are there
Holder should bat at #6 because he's good enough and it would allow an extra bowler in the eleven.
I dont rate Blackwood.
I rate Holder as an excellent no.8 or a decent 7. Dont push him into something he isnt.
Ive not seen enough of Dowich, but to play the extra bowler id think him moving to 6 is the most likely method.

Look out for McCarty from Jamaica.
