Can Kolpak players be eligible to play for England after a while? Kyle Abott 60 wickets at 18 a piece is really good so far..

WI hold onto rules tightly becuz of their colonial upbringing and Eng would skirt around the rules to help their nation.....go figure.

I think they have to play County Cricket for 4 years after becoming 'kolpak'.

Of course the kolpak rule applies to countries within the E.U. so it'll soon be a thing of the past.
