Just like how he came back after $ammy 'gave up' the WI captaincy, Bravo will be back when the BIG IDIOT leaves office.

Now, let's hope the Big Idiot doesn't extend his tenure to a 3rd term, else Bravo would be way too old to be welcomed back.

Allyuh forget dat Lil Bravo was destined to be de Baby Lara? I think he still have those false comparisons as an ego energy. I think WI should never pick him again until he toe the line!

Cornfused 2017-11-13 20:07:10

Who says his career for the West Indies is done? All comments above are collectively a load of bullshit

johndom90 2017-11-13 20:07:30

Such concern for Bravo's well being. confused

Windies need it more than Bravo...

WestDem 2017-11-13 20:34:42

At the very least it’s not confused bullshit! I hope DC do the right thing and ignore him as a WI player... time to go with the young ones!

hawk 2017-11-13 20:40:43

sgtdjones 2017-11-14 12:53:26

One of the objectives we all have is to earn enough to retire in comfort.

How do we achieve such, by our selling our skills?

Ramnarine will tell you stories about past players who gave their utmost to the WICB, today they live in poverty and handouts from family members.

Players from the Caribbean come from various poverty levels, they have a short career in this game called cricket. One of the objectives is to earn as much as possible, during this duration.

Now lil B gave up contracts and committed himself to Test Cricket for the WICB.He was suspended without due process which has ended up in the Courts.

He was not selected for various games that CWI played. Committed himself to leagues around the world ie BPL and PSL etc

The irony he will earn more in such periods than playing test cricket for CWI.

The end result is he will retire comfortably, isn't that
one of the objectives we all seek.

Players such as Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Ramdin, Narine, Gayle etc some reached such positions without the money from CWI.

Today players can thumb their noses at CWI and seek contracts to reach such status. I wish them all well.

WestDem 2017-11-14 18:49:05

Typical responses from a serious concern by the Trini crybabies on their overrated spoiled crap cricketer!

Sitting on a franchise bench is like collecting welfare. Soon PSL will pay their share! big grin big grin

sgtdjones 2017-11-14 20:34:11

In reply to WestDem

Cussbud

What typical response are you referring to bro?

A trini didn't start this thread?

The only response that I can see is Trini's saying
let lil B do what he wants.

Trini's are not concerned as you noted whether he is a crap player or not?

Lil B will make whatever choices that suit him. It's his life, isn't it?

I have not heard him say, how he will miss being classified or wants to be the next Lara?
Or what his average would be?
Or what his status in the game will end up looking like when he retires or is no longer needed?

If he sits on the bench or whatever, I don't think he will view it as a problem, so why should you?

His version to date is what others think about me, it is not my problem, it's theirs.

Peace.

You need to recruit a smarter handle to see the big picture here! I hope de BPL benches have sponges and Skype so his arse would not get sores while he Skyped home to not relive New Zealand! lol lol lol lol lol

sgtdjones 2017-11-14 22:26:19

In reply to WestDem

Cussbud

Naw my handle is me name dats smart enough

Now Bravo might be on the bench but he is playing in the nets against some very good bowlers.

Practising in various countries leagues will help his game and it's obvious that he is really not interested in playing for CWI.

In New Zealand who on CWI roster would anyone wish to practise against, it's a weak bowling attack.

Bravo has seen how former players like Sars , Gayle and Shiv has been treated over the years and wants to avoid such.

Outswinger 2017-11-15 13:59:15

I looking to Hetty to tekova dat #3 position. If he does, Darren's days may be numbered, especially since he did not take de amnesty, did not declare his availability and so far, has not played any regional 4-day.

Both Hetty and Ambris applying pressure to de incumbents. We'll see.

WestDem 2017-11-15 17:09:30

In reply to Outswinger

Me too! You cannot mek a big fuss about why you not playing and after we were told he and DC reconciled their differences and you became eligible for selection, you start start refusing selection due to T20 franchise commitment to sit on their bench!

doublecentury 2017-11-15 18:15:55

I am not overly concerned about Darren Bravo.

But I am concerned about the governance in West Indies cricket and the dictatorial leadership of Dave Cameron.

POINT 2017-11-15 23:30:47

It is quite possible that Bravo is awaiting the result of his case against the WICBC/CWI .

I firmly believe that HE has a very strong Case in any Court in the Region . He was not accorded Due Process , meaning he was not given an opportunity to state his Case .

Then there is the matter of his Case
not being heard by the Disciplinary
Committee . BTW the WICBC/CWI does have a Disciplinary Committee , however in their eagerness to punish
Bravo , the Disciplinary Committee was bypassed .

Bravo was punished twice for the same
Offense . First he was sent home & then he was banned from playing . The
Courts I believe ,are going to take a very dim view of the actions of the WICBC/CWI .

I do not believe that his career is done , however I believe that the
WICBC/CWI is going to pay Bravo a lot
of money because of what I stated above .

Thanks for Your Support !!

The fact is that the Big Idiots in
the Governance of Cricket in the
Region will always be at the Feces end of the Stick .

This is due to their Enormous Arrogance , Cantankerousness , and
Egotistical behaviour . Despite paying for their behaviour , they still persist in this Asinine Behaviour .

The very fact that they persist in their Arrogance illustrates that THEY
have not learned anything , because
the Money they pay out is not coming from their Own personal Accounts .

Perhaps if it did they would be more circumspect . They can afford to be
all of the above , because of their
many Boot Lickers in the Media who
continuously Aid & Abetted them in their Asinine Behaviour .

They more than likely will demand that the settlement remain private by Bravo . So WE may never ever know how
much Money they have to pay for their
Arrogant ; Cantankerous ; Egotistical
Behaviour .

Judges need to ban all confidential
Settlements involving the WICBC/CWI .
I believe that only when that is done
the People in the WICBC/CWI will think twice before making Fools of themselves .

Most of members on this site just ignore everything you said ^

Everytime a player stands up to WICB they get cut off....

The media has a big part to play, some fans just read the articles & don't know what players like Bravo & co have to deal with.

Look I have been stating my opinions
on the WICBC/CWI in this Forum for
many years . Despite the nonsense my
Critics here Spout on behalf of the
Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth , aka the WICBC/CWI .

It doesn't bother me that they ignore
what I write , they relish delving in sideshows rather directly addressing
what I write in this Forum .

They have been doing this for many years .All I ask is that they state
where I have erred in what I write , so far none of them has done that .

My perspective is that Bravo is currently not living a Hand to mouth
existence ; I also believe that he is
more than likely obeying the advice
of his Legal Team .

When the case is settled in his
favour then , in my opinion he should
make himself available for selection.

Lost on the many Boot Lickers of the
WICBC/CWI in this Forum is the freaking Fact that it was Cameron's
ignorance regarding what level Contract Bravo had .

LET ME BE CRYSTAL CLEAR , THE ONUS

WAS ON CAMERON BEFORE MAKING HIS

STATEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WHAT LEVEL

CONTRACT BRAVO HAD .

I seriously doubt that Anyone can dispute this . But as usual this mattered not to Cameron . However it
did matter to Bravo , who rightly in
my opinion expected Cameron to be
correct regarding what level Contract Bravo had .

My perspective is that it was this
slight by Cameron that caused Bravo
to call Cameron a Big Idiot . It aint
like Bravo out of the Blue made that
remark .

My hope & expectation , apart from
Monetary Damages , Bravo's Lawyers
will insist that Cameron First make a Public Apology to Bravo ; then the latter should do the same to Cameron.

I simply want to sear it in the Shallow brains of those who support
the Worst International Cricket Board
in the Commonwealth ; aka the WICBC/CWI .

None of the WICBC/CWI Boot Lickers in this Forum can refute what I have stated here regarding what I have stated in this freaking matter .

It is very sad that Many people in the Region bluntly refuse to call out those in the governance of Cricket
regarding their Arrogant ; Cantankerous ; Egotistical behaviour .

mittheimp 2017-11-18 11:01:34

What milestone do you want to achieve before you finish your career?
Before I started playing, my goal was to play 100 Test matches, which is something I want to achieve.

These Banglas, including the BPL, are so ungrateful. I can remember how reliant on the West Indies they were during their development, when they were regular participants in our regional competitions.

Now as recompense they have our best batsman Lil Bravo sitting on the bench while hacks like Samuels and $ammy are regularly featured on game day. evil
